The 1946 Victory Issue – January 1946
In 1946 India issued a set of stamps commemoration victory in World War II. In total four stamps were issued with the values 9 pies, 1½as. 3½as and 12as.
The 1½as and 3½as values were issued on 2 January 1946 while the 9 pies and 12as values were issued on 8 February 1946.

Pakistan used in Dubai - 1947
On the 1st of October 1947 Pakistan issued a set of 19 stamps in the form of the Indian King George VI issue overprinted with Pakistan. Some of these values were put on sale in Dubai.
